How can I pay for your services?
A hold will be placed on your card and payment will be processed after the scheduled service has been completed. You may choose to deliver full payment in advance.
What's your cancellation Policy?
All cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to your scheduled pickup time in order to void the transaction. Failure to do so will result in a charge for the scheduled service. (We may approve unexpected circumstances ie. medical/family emergencies)
How long will my driver wait after the scheduled pickup time?
Our driver may leave the premise if the client fails to board our vehicle 15 minutes after arrival for the scheduled pickup (without notice), thus resulting in a late cancellation and charge for the scheduled service. This does not apply to airport transportation.
Can I change my pickup time after making a reservation?
Yes, however, All time changes or delays within 24 hours of scheduled pickup (that exceed 15 minutes past or prior to the original time) will result in a $25 fee. However, we may not guarantee availability for the time change, and you will be charged for the service if you opt to cancel.
Do you have a cleaning fee in case of any alcohol related mishaps?
A cleaning fee of $300 will be charged for any alcohol-related bodily fluid mishaps inside the vehicle. This is to maintain our high stand of luxury. Please drink responsibly.
What happens if my flight is delayed or cancelled?
Flight delays 3 hours prior to scheduled pickup time may not guarantee you service (based on availability) if the delay exceeds 1 hour past your scheduled pickup. However, you will not be charged if we opt to cancel.
Flight delays within 3 hours of the scheduled pickup time may result in a late cancel (based on availability) if the delay exceeds 1 hour past your scheduled pickup time. Thus resulting in a charge for the scheduled service.
